The Dalesman Group Continues Its Support of UK Sausage Week

The Dalesman Group is proud to continue its support of UK Sausage Week, celebrating British sausage making and the butchers, retailers and producers who keep this much loved craft thriving.

UK Sausage Week brings the meat industry together to recognise flavour, creativity and quality across one of Britain’s most familiar food categories. It is an opportunity to celebrate the care, technical skill and hard work behind products that earn a place on counters and menus across the country.

Supporting the Best Speciality Sausage category

Following our sponsorship of the Best Speciality Sausage category in 2024 and 2025, we are delighted to support the same category again for 2026.

The category celebrates products with a clear point of difference. That might come from a thoughtful flavour combination, regional inspiration, a seasonal idea or a fresh interpretation of a familiar favourite. Whatever the starting point, the finished sausage still needs to be balanced, consistent and practical to produce.

Product entries must be delivered in line with the organiser’s submission instructions.

• Monday 26 October 2026

UK Sausage Week begins and the celebration lunch takes place in London.

• 26 October to 1 November 2026

UK Sausage Week runs across the country.
