Dalesman is supporting the 2026 Beef Burger Scottish Championship, organised by Scottish Craft Butchers.

The Championship forms part of the Scottish Craft Butchers awards programme and is intended to recognise product quality, consistency, and craftsmanship within the sector. It provides a structured opportunity for member businesses to benchmark their products against industry standards and present a traditional beef burger for independent assessment.

Participation is open to Scottish Craft Butchers members, with entries required to reflect the products sold within their retail offering. Products are submitted unbranded and assessed by an independent panel, ensuring a consistent and impartial evaluation process.

• Entries close: Friday 10 July 2026
• One traditional beef burger entry permitted per shop
• Products must reflect the entrant’s retail offering
• Entries must be submitted unbranded for judging
• Entry fee: £25 per product

Results will be communicated via Scottish Craft Butchers’ regional meetings and official channels later in the year.
