Dalesman supports the Innovative Sausage and Delicatessen Product category at the 2026 National Craft Butchers Product Awards.

The awards programme recognises product quality, technical skill and innovation across the craft butchery sector. It provides a structured platform for businesses to present products for independent assessment and to benchmark against industry standards.

Entries remain open, subject to category capacity.
