New Product Developement is key to our success and our experienced team of food technologists provide an essential support service to sales, business development and the technical service department. With an extensive knowledge and understanding of food product and processes, advancing trends and innovations combined with practical experience the NPD team can present creative ideas and rapid solutions to an array of processing issues.
The NPD department provide both in-house and off-site assistance to support an array of technical requests including application assistance, value engineering, product presentations and innovation sessions. From benchmarking to blue-sky development, processing to partnership with customers and suppliers alike, the team's challenge is always to provide the most practical and effective solution to meet the needs of the customer.
Recipes are formulated based on flavour, colour, visual appearance and process requirements of the finished product. Once formulated, a recipe is blended and a sample provided to the customer for evaluation.
Bespoke recipe development is carried out in the strictest confidence and we are able to work closely with customers to make sure the products developed meet the required brief exactly.
