The Fat Replacer is a natural product specifically designed to replace fat and increase succulence in meat products such as burgers, sausages, kebabs and meatballs. It works equally as well with chicken products without the need to declare any other species of animal fat.
It’s an incredibly versatile product made up of natural ingredients and very easy to use too – simply blend with water and whisk or high-speed blend. It’s also a perfect substitute to pork fat in creating a lean product and can reduce the fat content or excess fat on QUID and nutritional declarations.
It can be used in meat products up to 10% of the total weight of product in addition to lean meat or replacing fat.
